b max Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings given below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the b max website at bmax.onl and all sections, features, games and services accessible through it.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account you create on the b max Platform.
• "User", "you", "your" means the individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the Platform.
• "b max", "we", "us", "our" means the operator of the b max Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "Balance" means the PKR funds held in your b max Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts or free bet credits added to your Account under a specific promotion, subject to their own bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Verification Documents" means the identity documents (such as CNIC, passport or other valid Pakistani government-issued identification) that may be requested as part of the KYC process.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the b max Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be registering and using the Platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not as a representative of any business or on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when completing the registration process. Providing false information during registration, including a false name, date of birth or contact details, is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended b max Account. Only one Account per person is permitted. If you have had a previous Account closed for a breach of these Terms, you may not register a new Account without prior written authorisation from b max.
• You must not be self-excluded from the b max Platform or any other gaming platform in a way that would prohibit your use of b max.

b max reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3Account Verification (KYC)

b max may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. The standard verification documents accepted include:

• A valid, unexpired Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back.
• A valid Pakistani passport — the photo and personal information pages.
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, a screenshot showing your JazzCash or Easypaisa account registered to your name, matching your b max registration details.

Verification documents submitted must be clear, readable photographs or scans. Blurred, partial or edited images will not be accepted and will require resubmission, which delays the verification process.

Completing identity verification at the point of registration rather than waiting until your first withdrawal is strongly recommended. Verified accounts process withdrawal requests significantly faster than unverified accounts. b max is under no obligation to process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed identity verification.

All verification documents submitted to b max are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Privacy Policy page.

4Deposits

All deposits to your b max Account are made in PKR through the supported payment methods, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. b max does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits credit to your b max balance within seconds of confirmation. Raast and bank transfer deposits are typically processed the same business day. Card deposits may take up to 24 hours in some cases.

The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the deposit page within your Account. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.

By depositing funds to your b max Account, you confirm that the funds are your own and have been obtained from legitimate personal sources. b max does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your b max Account, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• The amount requested must not exceed your available real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank account withdrawals are all supported.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page within your Account. Requests below the minimum will not be processed.
• b max reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.

Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is same-day for requests submitted during business hours. In some cases, processing may take up to 72 hours depending on the payment method and volume of requests. b max will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to a delay.

b max does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by the receiving payment provider (bank, mobile wallet) are outside b max's control.

6Bonuses & Promotions

b max offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period stated for the promotion. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements within the stated period will expire and be removed from your Account.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games. Games excluded from wagering requirement completion are listed in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per person, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment details is considered bonus abuse.
• b max reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, change the terms of a running promotion or cancel credited bonus funds if there is evidence of promotional abuse, technical exploitation or any breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

7Casino & Games Rules

The Casino, Live Casino, Slot Games and Fish Games sections at b max are subject to the following general rules in addition to the specific rules of each individual game:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Casino, by the physical outcome of real cards or roulette wheels operated by trained live dealers. Results are final once a game round is completed.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — the round outcome will be determined by the game provider's records. If the outcome cannot be reliably determined, the round will be voided and the stake returned to your Account.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. Bets placed outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Deliberately attempting to exploit game software errors, glitches or unintended payouts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game category are published on the relevant game pages. Individual game RTP figures are provided by the game supplier and reflect long-run statistical averages, not guaranteed returns within any individual session.

For Live Casino games, all sessions are recorded by the studio provider. In the event of a dispute over a Live Casino outcome, the studio recording is the definitive record and the outcome shown in that recording is final.

8Sports Betting Rules

The Sports and Betting sections at b max operate under the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are available within the respective betting section.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Bets placed on an event after it has started (in-play bets) are accepted subject to the in-play rules applicable to that sport and market. In-play odds update in real time; a bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation notification in your Account.
• b max reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including manifestly incorrect odds or markets made available due to a technical fault.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific settlement rules for that sport and market, which are displayed within the Betting section.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your Account balance in PKR as soon as the result is confirmed and the bet is settled. Settlement times vary by sport and market type.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market type apply and are displayed within the relevant betting section.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b max Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG patterns, game glitches or payout errors for financial gain.
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate game or bet outcomes (collusion).
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or AI tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or play games in your place.
• Depositing funds obtained from fraudulent, criminal or unlawful activity.
• Engaging in any conduct designed to launder money or exploit the Platform for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming.
• Attempting to abuse welcome bonuses, referral bonuses or any other promotions by registering multiple accounts, using multiple payment methods belonging to the same person, or other coordinated exploitation methods.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening b max support staff or other users.

10Account Suspension & Closure

b max may suspend or close an Account at any time in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or money laundering.
• An Account being inactive (no login, deposit or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve months or more.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request made by the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance remaining — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be voided at b max's discretion depending on the nature of the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, inactivity or voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting b max support. Upon receiving a closure request, b max will process any outstanding verified balance and close the Account within a reasonable timeframe.

11Responsible Gaming

b max includes responsible gaming tools because the platform is designed to be a sustainable entertainment option, not a source of financial pressure. Using these tools is strongly encouraged for all players, regardless of how frequently or infrequently you play.

The following responsible gaming tools are available from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, per week or per month. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within the same limit period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert that notifies you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent block on your Account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. Temporary self-exclusions cannot be reversed before the exclusion period ends.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.

Gaming should remain a leisure activity that stays within a budget you have decided in advance. The most effective habit for keeping it that way is setting a deposit limit before your first session — it works automatically and does not require willpower in the moment. All responsible gaming tools on the b max Platform are for self-management purposes. b max does not hold a Pakistani government gaming licence and does not make any claim of regulatory approval or official authorisation.

12Privacy & Data

b max collects and processes personal data as described in the b max Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

The types of data collected include registration information (name, date of birth, contact number), identity verification documents, transaction records, gameplay history and session data. This data is used for Account management, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring and improving the Platform.

b max does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors (for transaction handling), game providers (for gameplay) and, where required, with authorities in response to a lawful request.

13Limitation of Liability

The b max Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, b max makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of technical issues at all times.

• b max is not liable for any loss of winnings, data or opportunity arising from a technical failure, internet outage, or Platform downtime, provided that any affected game rounds or bets are resolved fairly in accordance with Section 7 and Section 8 of these Terms.
• b max is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of your gaming or betting activity. Gaming involves risk and the possibility of losing the amounts you stake.
• b max is not responsible for any third-party payment provider fees, delays or service outages that affect your deposit or withdrawal experience.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by b max's own negligence where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14Changes to These Terms

b max may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via the contact details registered on their Account (typically by a notification displayed upon next login) at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security, legal compliance or fraud prevention reasons.

Your continued use of the b max Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account and withdraw any available balance.

The current version of these Terms is always available at /terms-conditions. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.
